Free Motion, is in the process of implementing our comerzzia Enterprise Suite solution in collaboration with our strategic partner in the Canary Islands, Arbentia.
The company specializes in bicycles rental, sale and reparation, being the reference center of the cycling world in Gran Canaria. With seven outlets in the islands and 20,000 annual customers from all over the world, it has more than 1,000 leading brands models of road, mountain, trekking and electric bikes. In order to ensure better service to its customers, Free Motion needs to respond to an omnichannel service that allows its customers to make purchases from the physical store or online, without representing any operational breaches for the business. As a differentiating element of the project, we have developed an interface from which Free Motion will be able to recover services and renting contracts of bookings made from partner travel agencies located in other countries. In this sense, we are doing all the necessary integrations, so that comerzzia POS will be able to show customers contracts or service orders of clients who reach the point of sale with an online voucher or reservation ticket. In addition, we are also making comerzzia POS integrations with Wincor PinPad to automate the purchase amount from the dataphone in order to avoid human error. It is expected that the project as a whole will be completed in September with a record time of implementation. The project will include: -Implementation of comerzzia Enterprise Suite, including the integration of the backoffice with Microsoft Dynamics NAV by Arbentia. -Implementation of different POS in Free Motion outlets, as well as several multi -language FastPOS devices as a catalog tool of the availability of items, for both employees and customers. -comerzzia online store.
