PROBLEMS:

In the process of digital transformation, Centroxogo needed to focus on customer experience and customer engagement according to the demands of the sector, needing to integrate and incorporate its ERP and its e-commerce as another channel within its operation.

 

With an obsolete POS solution, expensive and without the ability to evolve, they needed to implement personalized promotions that would improve the brand image and a platform that would improve customer shopping experiences.

With its approved solution in Portugal, we adapt to the required taxation, centralizing all the information in our Backoffice, which together with the integration with the Microsoft ERP and Magento as e-commerce, provides absolute visibility of the company's data.

60 POS and more than 30 stores running at full capacity, allowing a simple, powerful and flexible integration with other systems. comerzzia, the center of all online and offline operations, allows the customer to be the same on all channels, and is able to analyze their behavior. The next steps for Centroxogo will be to be able to prepare orders online from the OMS module and access the information of the order tracking in a real and integrated way.
