We release an improvement and error management system in comerzzia

In comerzzia always we try to give our partners the best tools and work as efficiently as possible.
 
In this sense, we have enabled access for management improvements and errors comerzzia:

where each of our partners can, through a username and password, enter in the community network of comerzzia.
 
Through this tool, our partners will be able to:
  • Register functional and / or technological improvement requests
  • Log errors that are detected
  • Check tickets: details, what state they are in and what milestones are assigned to them, if applicable.
  • Consult the roadmap / planned milestones of comerzzia as well as the tickets included in each of the planned milestones.
Thanks to this tool, our partners will have a direct communication channel with comerzzia, which will allow them to manage and know in real time the status of their requests, improving the communication and transparency associated with the evolution of the standard product
