Encuentro modas is a company dedicated to fashion sale and distribution that was born in 1986 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The success of its first store (wholesale), made the company decide to bet on the launch of its own points of sale and from 2000, begins an expansion process throughout the national territory.

 

Currently, Encuentro is a reference in Fast Fashion, which has more than 126 stores located throughout Spain and a team of more than 850 workers.

PROBLEMS:

The store management solution owned by Encuentro modas was very limited, outdated and unsupported, which was hindering its growth and expansion. The solutions available were too complex, so opening new stores was almost impossible. This company needed a technology partner with the ability to perform a digital transformation of its company, allowing it to adopt new technologies at the point of sale and give them an air of professionalism.

 

SOLUTION:

Encuentro modas needed a modular and scalable omnichannel suite, alienated with its development strategy, so as to enable its operations throughout the national territory, with guarantee and reliability to ensure that its operations would never stop. This need, together with the integration with SAP, were the key points of the project, which was deployed without any problem in all stores.

 

The modularity and omnichannel of comerzzia were differential determinants, as well as the power of our loyalty engine and the possibility of making personalized promotions to its customers, which aims to strengthen engagement with the end customer.

 

 

RESULTS:

In this way, a centralized, fast platform is achieved, with the focus on the final customer, to which specific promotions are assigned and a loyalty policy fully adjusted to the requirements of the company. Under our partner IBM, and with the rapid integration with SAP, we have provided Encuentro modas of robust technology and functional flexibility, in addition to supporting all the needs around its loyalty strategy.
