Results

With comerzzia Full Edition, Scalpers can sell, consult sales and carry out transfers between stores in a secure way and in real time. In addition, with the ERP attractor, we automatically generate the replenishment of the goods automatically, which allows us to computerize the warehouse using PDA terminals and bar code readers, speeding up the replenishment process.


Before it was the stores themselves who requested the central once a week the items they wanted to receive, but with the automatic replenishment system for minimum stock, now they are replenished 2 times per week, and this periodicity can be varied to the daily if desired .

 

Problematic

Scalpers' main problem was that it lacked a system for the integral management of ERP-type information, so it had several software applications (Retail Pro for store and warehouse management and Corporate, proprietary software) that did not they communicated with each other, creating information gaps among users, which made the exploitation of information even more difficult.

 

The shortcomings of the software caused imbalances in the replacement of the stock, which was requested to the central weekly, and that forced the store to have a warehouse for the control and availability of the goods.

 

In addition, another problem to solve was the beginning of the expansion plan that the company wanted to carry out, both nationally and internationally, for which it needed a solution capable of accompanying it during its growth.


Given this situation, communication between users and the international expansion initiative itself was unfeasible.

Solution

The main problem of Scalpers was the treatment of the information and the inefficiency of the management of the point of sale that caused its old management system (Retail Pro). To give solution to Scalpers, comerzzia implements its most advanced version, Full Edition, for an integral management of the store, generating a real and safe communication regarding stock.


For its part, Atractor ERP for the integral management of the office, allows the automatic replenishment of stock, the computerization of the central warehouse and the sales consultation in real time for the address.

 

a) The most notable change would be the automatic replacement by minimum stock. Depending on the sales and the minimum stock, Attractor automatically generates the replacement that will be prepared the next day in the logistics warehouse.

 

b) The servants of the logistic warehouse carry out the picking by means of PDA mobile terminals, finally computerizing the warehouse that previously realized with the files excel of orders that the stores sent.

 

c) Consultation of sales in real time: this functionality allows the company's management to know the units and amounts sold in real time. Also, periodically, the address is able to have sales reports through email or mobile devices.

 

d) Inventories with scanners or bar code readers, allowing to inventory a medium store in a computerized way in approximately 2 hours.
