Loyalty and personalization.
The multichannel customer experience and mobile access is imposing the adaptation of the shopping experience in the physical store. Retailers are in the need to adapt the shopping experience to the new era of mobile devices, it is about the digitalization of the physical retail to create an experience integrated with other channels and technologies.
With this new functionality, the client receives in its Smartphone a digital ticket through the QR code incorporated in the printed ticket. This technology will provide retailers a great opportunity to get better engagement rates and better knowledge of customers in order to establish personalized marketing actions and create a link between the physical and the digital world.
A personalized service is one of the distinguishing aspects of the retail world that add value to the shopping experience. The Digital Ticket allows customers to share their experience and opinions through social networks, receive personalized offers and promotions, and even assess the quality of service, becoming a more personalized support and a new customer loyalty channel.
